SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern the text messaging program operated by NeverRest AI LLC for Hey Papi™ (the “Program”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Hey Papi sends transactional and account-related text messages to two groups of people:

• Contractors who use Hey Papi — account verification codes, job and schedule notifications, quote status alerts, and service notices.
• Homeowners and customers of those contractors — estimates and proposals, appointment confirmations and reminders, on-my-way notices, change orders, and job completion updates, sent at the contractor’s direction.

2. How You Opt In

Consent is obtained in one of the following ways:

• You enter your mobile number and check the consent box when creating a Hey Papi account or requesting access on heypapi.ai.
• You give your number directly to a contractor using Hey Papi and agree to receive job-related texts about the work you requested.
• You text a keyword or reply to a message to start service.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account and job activity. You may receive several messages during an active job and none between jobs.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Hey Papi does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan for details.

5. Opting Out — STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you send one of these, we will send a single confirmation message and then send no further messages to that number unless you opt in again.

6. Getting Help — HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@heypapi.ai.

7. Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

8. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier participation may change without notice.

9. Privacy of Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging delivery providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Changes
